Program Services


 

When a potential client contacts Shepherd's Door a staff member or trained volunteer speak with them over the phone to assess the problem and see how Shepherd's Door can be of assistance. After talking to the victim and evaluating their safety, they are invited to come into the office where domestic violence advocates and staff can assess the client's situation and provide the best care and resources that will best benefit the client.

Perpetrator's 52-Week Batterers Program:

Approved by: The Los Angeles Probation Office

These sessions are conducted by a certified facilitator skilled and trained to help participants identify anger and trickers in their lives that cause violence and disruptions in their relationships.
